What does EliteBuzz do?
EliteBuzz is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with creators. Brands publish campaign briefs; approved influencers apply, deliver content, and get paid. Admins and brands use the platform to run campaigns, review work, and track payouts. Creators use it to find paid collaborations and manage their linked accounts, balance, and withdrawals.
Who is EliteBuzz for?
EliteBuzz is for influencers and content creators who want to find paid brand collaborations, and for brands or agencies who want to run structured influencer campaigns. Agency staff with admin access manage campaigns, review influencers, process payments, and configure the platform.
How does the platform work end-to-end?
Brands create campaigns with briefs, requirements, and pricing. Influencers browse open campaigns, apply, and get approved. Once a campaign starts, influencers submit their deliverables (content, links, files). Admins review submissions and approve or request revisions. After approval, payment is generated to the influencer's balance. Influencers can then withdraw earnings to their bank or e-wallet.
What social platforms does EliteBuzz support?
EliteBuzz supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), Facebook, and Threads. You can link multiple accounts across different platforms from the My Accounts page.
Accounts & Profiles
How do I create an account?
Sign up using your Google account. After registration, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you can complete your profile and start linking social media accounts.
How do I complete my profile and why is it important?
A complete profile requires your full name, a verified phone number, and your location (province and city). You must complete your profile before you can apply to any campaign. Incomplete profiles will be blocked from submitting applications until all required fields are filled.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
Go to My Accounts and click to add a new platform. Select the platform type (e.g. Instagram or TikTok), enter your profile URL, choose your content niches and styles, and save. Your linked accounts may be reviewed by the admin team to verify they meet campaign requirements.
What do account statuses mean?
Active means your account is in good standing and eligible for campaigns. Deactivated means the account has been paused and cannot be used for new applications. Banned means the account has been suspended due to policy violations. Contact support if you believe an account was incorrectly deactivated or banned.
What are content niches and content styles?
Content niches describe your main topics, such as lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food and beverage, mom and family, sporty and health, comedy, technology, or media. Content styles describe your format, such as daily vlog, product review, storytelling, short education, relatable POV, clean aesthetic, or fun and humorous. These help match you with relevant campaigns.
Campaigns
What types of campaigns are available?
EliteBuzz supports a wide range of campaign categories including product review, TikTok sound promotion, store visit, clipper, app review, Google Maps review, product unboxing, live commerce, Instagram Reels, YouTube video, tutorial and educational, UGC challenge, brand story, affiliate performance, event coverage, giveaway and contest, and more.
What do campaign statuses mean?
Draft means the campaign is being prepared and not yet visible to influencers. Active means the campaign is open for applications. Paused means applications are temporarily on hold. In Progress means the campaign has started and influencers are submitting deliverables. Completed means all work is done and payments are being processed.
How do I find campaigns that match my niche?
Browse the Open Campaigns page to see all active campaigns. Each campaign lists its category, required platforms, requirements, scope of work, pricing, and deadlines. You can review the brief and self-check whether you meet the criteria before applying.
What are invitation-only campaigns?
Some campaigns are set to invitation-only by the admin. Only influencers who receive a direct invitation can view and apply to these campaigns. If you receive an invitation, you will be notified and the campaign will appear in your available campaigns list.
What is a campaign share code?
Each campaign has a unique 6-character share code that creates a public preview link. Brands and admins can share this link with influencers so they can view the campaign brief before logging in and applying. Share codes look like /s/ABC123.
Can a campaign target specific platforms?
Yes. Campaigns can specify which social media platforms are required (e.g. only TikTok and Instagram). When you apply, you must have at least one of the required platforms linked to your account with an active status.
Applications
How do I apply to a campaign?
Go to the campaign detail page, review the brief and requirements, and click Apply. You will select which of your linked platforms you want to use for this campaign. Your application is submitted as pending and awaits admin review.
Why can't I apply to a campaign?
You may be unable to apply if your profile is incomplete (missing name, phone, or location), the campaign registration deadline has passed, the campaign is invitation-only and you were not invited, you do not have the required platform linked to your account, your linked account is deactivated or banned, or you have already applied to this campaign.
What happens after I submit my application?
Your application enters pending status while the admin team reviews it. Admins evaluate your profile, linked accounts, follower count, and fit for the campaign. You will be notified when your application is approved or rejected. Rejected applications may include a reason.
Can I apply to multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes. You can apply to as many open campaigns as you want. However, each campaign only allows one application per influencer. Make sure you can deliver on all commitments before applying to multiple campaigns.
Can I reapply if my application is rejected?
No. Each campaign allows only one application per influencer. If your application is rejected, you cannot reapply to the same campaign. The rejection reason, if provided, can help you improve future applications.
Deliverables & Submissions
What are campaign requirements and scope of work?
Requirements define what you need to deliver — they can be a URL (link to your post), text (caption or description), or a file (image or document upload). The scope of work (SOW) describes the formats, platforms, content counts, and any specific guidelines. Both are listed on the campaign page so you know exactly what is expected before you apply.
How do I submit my deliverables?
Once your application is approved and the campaign is in progress, go to the campaign detail page. You will see each requirement listed. Submit the requested content — enter a URL, write text, or upload a file — for each requirement. Submit on time to avoid delays in review and payment.
What do submission statuses mean?
Pending means your submission is awaiting admin review. Approved means it has been accepted and will count toward your payment. Rejected means it did not meet the requirements. Needs Revision means the admin wants changes — read the feedback, update your submission, and resubmit.
What happens if my submission needs revision?
The admin will leave feedback explaining what needs to change. Read the feedback carefully, update your submission accordingly, and resubmit. There is no limit on revision attempts, but timely resubmission helps ensure you get paid faster.
What is the maximum file upload size?
The maximum upload size for any file submission is 5 MB. Supported formats include common image and document types. If your file exceeds the limit, compress it before uploading.
Influencer Tiers & Pricing
What are influencer tiers?
EliteBuzz categorizes influencers into tiers based on follower count. Nano influencers have up to 10,000 followers. Micro influencers have 10,001 to 100,000 followers. Macro influencers have 100,001 to 1,000,000 followers. Mega influencers have over 1,000,000 followers.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is determined by your highest follower count across all linked social media accounts. The platform reads your follower data from the insights synced for each linked account. If your follower count changes, your tier may be updated the next time insights are synced.
How does tier-based pricing work?
Some campaigns use tier-based pricing, which means the payout amount varies by influencer tier. A campaign may offer different rates for Nano, Micro, and Macro influencers. The rate you receive is based on your tier at the time of application or payment, as defined by the campaign settings.
Does my tier affect which campaigns I can join?
Tier is primarily used for pricing, not for restricting access. However, some campaigns may specify tier requirements in their eligibility criteria. For example, a campaign might only accept Micro or Macro influencers. Check the campaign requirements before applying.
Payments & Balance
How do I earn money on EliteBuzz?
You earn money by getting approved for campaigns, submitting deliverables that pass review, and receiving payment for completed work. Payments are credited to your EliteBuzz balance after your submissions are approved by the admin team.
What is the difference between pending and available balance?
Pending balance is money you have earned but that is not yet available for withdrawal — for example, payments for submissions that are still being processed. Available balance is money that has cleared and is ready for you to withdraw to your bank or e-wallet.
When do payments become available?
Payments move from pending to available after your submissions are reviewed and approved by the admin team. The timing depends on how quickly submissions are reviewed after the campaign ends. Check your Payments page for the current status of each payment.
How are payment amounts calculated?
If a campaign uses tier pricing, your payment is based on the rate set for your influencer tier (Nano, Micro, or Macro). If a campaign uses general pricing, all approved influencers receive the same flat rate. The exact amount is defined by the campaign settings and is visible on the campaign detail page before you apply.
Where can I view my payment history?
Go to the Payments page in your dashboard. You will see a list of all your payments with the campaign name, amount, status (pending or available), and date. You can also see your total income and balance breakdown on the Balance page.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to the Balance page and click Withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select your bank or e-wallet, and provide your account number. Your withdrawal request will be submitted for admin processing. The amount must not exceed your available balance.
What banks and e-wallets are supported?
EliteBuzz supports major Indonesian banks including BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, BSI, Permata, CIMB Niaga, and Danamon. E-wallet options include GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Make sure your account number is correct before submitting a withdrawal.
What do withdrawal statuses mean?
Requested means your withdrawal has been submitted and is waiting for admin review. Processing means the admin is working on your payout. Paid means the money has been sent to your account. Rejected means the withdrawal was denied — check the admin note for the reason.
How long do withdrawals take to process?
Processing times vary. Once your request is in Requested status, the admin team will review and process it. You will receive a status update when the withdrawal is completed or if any issues arise. Check your withdrawal history for real-time status updates.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Withdrawals may be rejected if your bank account details are incorrect, there are discrepancies in your account, or there is a policy issue. The admin will include a note explaining the reason. Fix the issue and submit a new withdrawal request.

Every influencer on EliteBuzz gets a unique referral code. You can share your referral link with friends and fellow creators. When they sign up using your link, the referral is tracked to your account.
How do I refer someone to EliteBuzz?
Go to the Referral page in your dashboard to find your unique referral code and shareable link. Share the link with anyone you want to invite. When they click the link and sign up, the referral is automatically attributed to you.
How is my referral tracked?
When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is stored on their browser. If they sign up within the cookie's validity period, the system records the referral and links their account to yours. The platform uses fraud detection to prevent abuse, including monitoring for suspicious signup patterns from the same IP address.
